Your body consists of 7 major chakras and 122 minor chakras. The major chakras are at the base of the spin called the Root Chakra, the navel called the Sacral Chakra, the solar plexus called the Solar Plexus Chakra, the heart called the Heart Chakra, the throat called the Throat Chakra, the center of the forehead called the Third Eye Chakra, and the top of the head called the Crown Chakra.

The two first rites are described below.
Rite 1
Stand vertical, arms outstretched horizontal to the floor, palms facing down, and arms in line with your shoulders. Spin around anti clockwise 5 times, and then do the same clockwise. Inhale and exhale a couple of times after this first rite.
Rite 2
Lie flat on the floor facing up with arms at your sides and your palms touching the floor.. Keep your fingers close together. Next raise your head off the floor and tuck your chin into your chest while lifting your legs as far as you can without bending your knees. If you can extend your legs over the body towards your head but do not let your knees bend. Slowly lower your legs and head to the floor. Relax and repeat. Finish with two deep breaths.
The rites begin with five repetitions, and as you become fitter and more accustomed to them, increase them to a maximum of 22 repetitions.
By doing these exercises for twenty minutes a day. You can look younger in and combat aging.
